CAST-IRON CARE
Cast Iron will rust over time and develop a natural patina effect. This is expected and gives the item a unique look. To prevent this or to slow it down, we recommend you apply Penetrol over the item before you expose it to water and do so every 6 months.
Penetrol is available at any good hardware store.


CURB-SIDE DELIVERY
Please note, items that are 40kg or over will travel on a pallet. Due to courier OH&S policy, we're only allowed to deliver to the front of house. Ensure you plan ahead to move your freight to the desired location. Refer to our delivery guide.

Shipment Delay - Poor Quality

Shipment was delayed. Paid 100% in advance. Some holes are not aligned to insert the nuts. Need a replacement.

Large Dorchester urn and service interaction

The urn was exactly what I was looking for and I’m very happy with the purchase. But it was the interaction I had with Rose that made the purchase brilliant. I had ordered a product that was not in stock, Rose contacted me and together we negotiated a different product in stock that I would like. She is the perfect staff to have in customer service. She was polite, kind and professional. Because of her I shall order more from the website.

Bin chicken fountain

The beautiful Ibis fountain has been renamed by our cheeky children as the Bin Chicken fountain. The fountain is just what we hoped it would be. Delivery was effected by COVID with the solar delayed, as it was coming from a separate supplier. After this arrived I needed to prompt the company to send us the fountain. Something that could be improved are the directions for installation. My husband found them very unclear. Overall the fountain is great and we would happily tell friends and family to purchase from this company.
