The beautiful Solar Powered Ivory 3-Tier Water Fountain will add a depth of character to your garden. Made of durable, lightweight and maintenance-free polyresin with a weathered antique finish, this water feature is a great decorative piece for both the outdoors and indoors.

The fountain comes with a solar panel with a rechargeable Lithium battery, water pump and a ground holder.

NOTE: The water pump must never operate dry (out of water). Dry operation will permanently damage the pump.

WATER PUMP CARE
The pump must be fully submerged in water when in operation or damage will occur. Take care in adding extra water during warmer weather. Failure to follow proper care guidelines voids warranty.

DELIVERY OF HEAVY ITEMS
Individual items that are 40kg or over will travel on a pallet. Due to courier OH&S policy, drivers will deliver the pallets to the front of your premises only. Ensure you plan ahead to move your freight to the desired location.

If your driveway is deemed unsafe for the courier truck to be parked, we may need to leave the pallet at a nearby depot, which may incur a re-delivery fee. For further info, please read our delivery guide.

PUMP WARRANTY
All our pumps sold alone or included in our water features come with 1 year's warranty. Selected Reefe pumps come with 2 years' warranty.

NOTE: LED lights do not include warranty. Modifications to the pump or cord voids warranty.

Poor packaging design

The clear rubber tube feeding to the top of the fountain was packed poorly and the tube arrived with a kink in the tubing. I notice another buyer experienced the same problem. Needs to be remedied in the factory. Good product otherwise and nice to look at and listen to.

Product does as advertised but room for improvement.

Let me just say I like this fountain and its functionality. It serves as a good bath for the birds in my area. However, there is room for improvement to make this a genuine 5-star product. Assembly instructions - This can be improved upon to make it more concise for those who might be concerned about assembling the part in a wrong way accidentally. It felt easier figuring out how to put everything together on my own then puzzling over the paper which has vague diagrams. Packaging - When I received my order, one of the parts had been packed in such a way that the pump artery was bent hard, completely restricting the flow of water when the solar pump was turned on. Because of this, I had to take measures to fix the issue. No solutions were prescribed in the instruction leaflet. The solar pump - It works decently. Full charge does something like 5-6 hours. However, due to the way the sun direction works for many homes and its limited battery operating capacity, I think a critical and helpful feature that could be added is a timer. That way the pump will run more efficiently for those of us who might be busy during the weekdays.
