Businesses across Australia are working with the Government to help curb the spread of COVID-19 in a safe manner.

At Fountainland we're continually monitoring the situation and adapting as required to ensure our staff and customers remain safe.

Will My Order Be Delayed?

We're please to advise there's been only minor interruptions at Fountainland due to our direct-to-customer business model. We work with over 20 suppliers across Australia and all remain operational with logistics and courier services unrestricted.

While all our staff are still working and doing so from home, please note that there has been a slight reduction of staff with a few of our network partners. Hence there may be a slight delay with your order. Please rest assured we will communicate any delays to you promptly should they occur.

There are financial implications due to the COVID-19 situation and Australian small businesses, which make up more than 93% of all businesses, will be hit the hardest.

We ask that our fellow Australians remain calm and continue to support small businesses just like Fountainland. We greatly appreciate your support during these times.
