All of our water pumps come with a 12-month (365 days) warranty as standard unless otherwise stated. Warranty start date commences on date of receipt of goods.
For warranty claims, please provide the following information and email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Briefly describe what led to the pump failure & provide relevant dates.
- Was the pump fully submerged in water at all times and never allowed to run dry?
- Is the water quite clear from dirt?
- To substantiate your claim, please provide a video showing the fountain, cable connections and pump/LED. Ensure you show the power is on. It's best to show 10-20 seconds of the unit zoomed out for context and another 10-20 seconds zoomed in for detail.
After we receive the info, allow 3-5 business days for us to liaise with our supplier for assessment and provide an outcome.
What Does Warranty Cover?
- Covers defects resulting from defective parts or materials.
- Is voided if the unit incurs damage due to negligence, misuse, accident, modifications, tampering, alterations and faulty installation.
- Does not cover shipping the unit to and from Fountainland.
