Pump Warranty Claim

All of our water pumps come with a 12-month (365 days) warranty as standard unless otherwise stated. Warranty start date commences on date of receipt of goods.

For warranty claims, please provide the following information and email to hello@fountainland.com.au.

  1. Briefly describe what led to the pump failure & provide relevant dates.
  2. How many times was the pump allowed to run partially dry without full submersion under water?
  3. Is the water quite clear from dirt and debris?
  4. Please provide a video showing the fountain, cable connections and pump/LED. Ensure you show the power is on. It's best to show roughly 15 seconds of the unit zoomed out for context and another 15 seconds zoomed in for detail.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in providing the initially proof of your setup to substantiate your claim. After we receive the above information, please allow 3-5 business days for us to liaise with our supplier to assess the claim and to provide an outcome.

What Does Warranty Cover?

  • Covers defects resulting from defective parts or materials.
  • Is voided if the unit incurs damage due to negligence, misuse, accident, modifications, tampering, alterations and faulty installation.
  • Does not cover shipping the unit to and from Fountainland.
